When I send an email with an attachment (example, a 3mb Excel file) it just
sits in the outbox for a while then I get the error msg

Task 'XXXXX - Sending' reported error (0x8004210B) : 'The operation timed
out waiting for a response from the sending (SMTP) server. If you continue to
receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service
provider (ISP).'

I contacted my ISP and the attachment is well under the size limit. When I
send the very same email with the exact same attaachment using Webmail it
goes through just fine. When I try to send it using Outlook 2003, or Outlook
2002, it won't go through. I am quite sure my smtp settings are correct. I
can send other emails and smaller attachments.

Is there some setting in Outlok that prohibits my sending larger attachments?
