in Outlook 2003, some of my e-mails in the outbox will not be sent. No action
from in the progress box when I click send all. If I highlight the e-mail in
Out box and click forward, the e-mail will be sent. Why is it happening and
how do you fix it. I want all e-mails in the out box to leave

You must press Send in the email itself and not open it in the Outbox or you
have to press Send in the email again. Do not manually move any mail to the
Outbox.
