I want to share one emailaccount with two or more users for non simultaneous
use so that we only have one inbox etc no matter which profile is in use. Do
I simply move one outlook.pst file to a shared location and point the other
users at it? if so how??

Yes, it's that simple.. The details depend on your version of Outlook.
