I have Duplicate Personal Folders and Outlok today. Each is receiving e-mail,
etc. I need to delete one. How?
Thanks

hi Chris,
1. START | CONTROL PANEL | MAIL
2. In the Mail Setup dialog box, click Show Profiles button.
There you could delete the unused or second profile

Thanks Andreas...but the issue is not dupilcate e-mail accounts. The issue is
on a more Global Level. The Personal Folder that contain Contacts, Calendar,
Inbox, etc. is what is duplicated. Again, I need to delete on that level. Any
thoughts?

Chris,
I have the same problem. Did you find a solution?

You have a corrupt profile, most likely from migrating data from an earlier
version incorrectly.
Create a new profile.

Thanks Russ. The good news is that I created a new profile and deleted the
old one. No more duplicate folders. Bad news is that I no longer have any
email or contacts. How do I get these back?

Just configure the new profile to use your former PST file as is
default. Do so correctly this time so you don't end up with duplicate
folders again. I'll assume you know how since you did not provide you
Outlook version.

Chris,
I have the same problem.
I had to format my C drive and after installing Outlook 2003 again and
replace the new outlook.pst file with my back, I have now two Outlook Today
folders with the same information.
I would like to know how can I delete one of them?
Thanks
