Hi All, I have a big problem. With Outlook 2003 and Exchange Server 2000 I receive an error's message, trying to schedule a recurring meeting. The message is: " Resource has declined your meeting because it is recurring. You must book each meeting separately with this resource". Somebody can help me, because it's very important. If someone finds a soulution, please let me know at kneth _AT_ kneth.dk After spending all morning on the phonewith Microsoft, we finally got it working. Start-->run--> outlook.exe /cleanfreebusy Outlook will reopen and you should be able to book the resource without error. > I'm having the same problem.
