I have no problems or errors while using Outlook.  When I go to close down
outlook, the message Please wait while Microsoft Outlook exits remains on the
screen.   Even after waiting 20 minutes, the message is still there.  I must
go into Task Manager to shut the application down.  Does anyone know why this
is happening?

What version is your client and server?  We have had the same issue with a
Outlook 2000 client and Exchange 2003.  The problem lies within a shared
calendar or two.  If you have a shared calendar remove it and then try.
