Updating subject line on incoming e-mail

Is anyone aware of how to update the subject line from an incoming "efax" to
match an Outlook contact? It is cumbersome to have to scan through fax
numbers to try and recognize a particular fax.

It probably would be possible to write your own Outlook code to perform that
kind of lookup.
