sycronizing personal contact folder with company contact folder

where should be shared contacts? folder called "all contacts" on sever or do
we make public folder. how is it supposed to work ?we want to see activity of
all other employees like e mail,journal etc etc
we use business server 2003,exchange and outlook 2003

Outlook isn't designed to collate activities in that fashion. See
