I can send messages but not receive. when i click send/receive button it continuously prompts me for my password. i've made sure my password is correct under the tools/e-mail accounts menu. I was having the same problem. The steps are a little different for OUtlook 2003, but I got to Send/Receive and did as Andreas suggested. As soon as I did that, the problem was corrected.
