how do i share desktop outlook with lap top i use at work?

I have outlook on my desk top at home. I want to be able to access this same
information from my lap top which moves with me to my office, library etc.
How do I do this?

do you want to synchronize your laptop with your workstation in your office?
If so, you need a synchronize software.
