Activating Outlook 2003- Cannot recognize internet connection

I'd like some help on how to get outlook to recgonize that my internet
connection is esatblished. It wants me to activate the product and since it
does not know that my internet connection is working, it cannot use the
internet to activate outlook.

so why dont you use the telephone, to activate your product?
