Outlook 2003  won't suggest names in address field

Outlook 2003 won't suggest names from my Contacts when I type a name in the
address field.

It used to suggest names when I started the computer using the Administrator
account but I've since created a profile for each person in my family.
After creating the additional accounts I copied my huge .PST file from the
Administrator folder to the "Dad" folder.   Doing that created the infamous
"2 personal folders" problem which I was able to fix after reading this
forum.   FWIW when I created the new profile I opted for the "97-2002"
version because my PST file was originally created in an older version of
Outlook and I assumed the new profile had to be the same.   I suspect this
might be my problem but I'm reluctant to re-create a new profile because of
all the work involved typing in all the account info again.

The "suggest names" box is checked in the options screen.

I've also tried renaming the "NK2" file which apparently only suggests email
address that I've previously manually typed in.

Anyone know how to get Outlook 2003 to suggest names from the Contacts list
in the address field?

Thank you!

Autocompletion does not use Contact data. Only information stored in the NK2
file from messages you have previously sent.

How can you take names out of there?  I regularly send email to
jones@yahoo.com.  I accidently typed jones@yyahoo.com once.  Now it
keeps asking me which one I want when I type jones.  I want to take out
the misspelled one.

Remove individual addresses from the autocompletion cache by highlighting
the entry when presented in the suggested names list (use your arrow key to
migrate to the entry) and then hitting your Delete key before you tab out of
the field. To clear the entire cache, follow the instructions here:
