two error messages within Word:

1. I get an Office assistant error message, about how it cant find the files
to start it.
2. When I try to send an email within Word I get this message, "Word could
not load the e-mail envelope.  This could be caused by a network connection
problem or a problem with your office installation.

I have tried to repair and reinstall Office(2000) and that did not help.  I
have also added all updates as necessary.

Any suggestions to these problems?  I'd like to get them resolved before
rolling out Outlook 2003 to all workstations in company.

Hi,
do you want to use Word 2000 as email editor in Outlook 2003?
They are not compatible!
So you have to use Word 2003!
