Import emails and contact info from Outlook 98 to Outlook 2002

I installed Microsoft Outlook 2002.  While my folders and subfolders were
transferred, all my emails and contacts were not imported from Microsoft
Outlook 98.  How can I retrieve the info?

Did you configure the new installation to use the same PST file?
