I upgraded from an expired trial version to a purchased version of outlook.
Afterwards, outlook cannot open my folders and asks to open default folders
instead. I say yes, then I cannot go into options and their is no option
under tools for email accounts so that I can reset my account. Please help,
gary

Hy Gary,
so please search your pst file!
Be sure that you search also in hidden files!
After that, move your ols pst file to the new pst file.
