Outlook Port Settings

Outlook is saying it cannot contact my incoming or outgoing mail server, and
I should check my port or SSL settings.   Port setting are 110 (in) and 25
out.  I've clicked SSL options on and off, and neither work.  And yes, I have
an active ISP.  I've used it about a trillion times, and suddenly it's acting
funky.

Hi Paul,
maybe your ISP have change the server settings?
Or you dont need the SPA!
