When I update Outlook how do I find the old content

I bought a new computor with a 60 days trial of Student and Teacher Office
2003. I have now bought Student and Teacher Edition 2003 of Microsoft office.
When I loaded it I lost the address book and all the incoming and sent emails
I had in the original setup of Outlook. Do you know how I can retrieve them
