This is my problem.

I was given a different computer at office, I started configuring my
computer for emails.

My office has 2 types of emails, One is an intranet email that comes from
the exchange server and 2 is a POP mail

I wanted to use Outlook 2000 for both my exchange server emails and pop
emails. When I opened outlook 2000 for the first time, I entered the POP
account and it started working.. I am not able to add my exchange server ( I
dont find Tools>Services Menu option) What shouod I do to correct this. Can
you kindly help.

Thanks
Siva

You can only have one pop or exchange service per profile.

Dear Jason
Thank you for your response. Yes it is possible.

We can use the Tools>Options>Mail delivery Option and use Reconfigure mail
support option.
