I need to know how i can have two profiles to read the same data files but
have different SMTP delivery address but the same pop3 addresses. this is so
a laptop user can use mail in office through LAN and a braodband connection
at home.

Just add the same .pst file and make it the default data store in both
profiles. The details depend on your Outlook version, which you neglected to
mention.
