How do I enable File and Print sharing?

I have the cd , Business Contact Manager for Microsoft Office Outlook 2003,
and when I try to install It I get an error messege saying_ Business contact
Manager for Outlook 2003 requires File and Print sharing to be enabled.

How do I do that?

It's under Network Connections. Read the directions on this site (expand the
