I have two laptop PC using Outlook 2003 and MSN Outlook connector. Both PPC's
display a message when starting Outlook stating that MSN connector needs to
be updated. If I click 'Update Now', Outlook closes and nothing else happens.
I start Outlook again and the same thing happens. If I click the only other
option; 'Upgrade Later', Outlook runs, but I cannot access MSN e-mails or
Calendar.

I have tried removing MSN from PC's and re-installing by download, but same
thing happens.

Any ideas as to what might be stopping the upgrade from linking or starting?

Both PC's are running XP with SP2.

Try running the installer from the link below and choose to install the
Outlook connector;
