When I start my Outlook (Office 2003) it tells me I need to upgrade the
Connector.  When I start the upgrade, it asks to erase the already installed
copy which I say okay to.  It starts the upgrade but hangs in the dialog box
"Searching for installed applications".  Any suggestions on how to move past
this.  Outlook can still pull in the e-mails from my DSL provider's e-mail
address but gives me a connectivity error on Hotmail.  Many thanks for any
help.

Please ignore.  After fiddling with many things it allowed the upgrade to go
through and now its working properly.
Cheers to all.
