MS Office Forum / Outlook / Installation and Configuration / December 2004Problem Removing Email Account
I added a free hotmail account to my Outlook 2002. It created two instances of this address complete with folders. I was able to remove one instance using the remove acct wizard, but the other has remained. Does anyone know what registry keys I could delete to remove this "stuck" account? I did find one set of keys with the associated email address; however removing these keys did not remove the account from Outlook. Never mind. Problem solved.
