Outlook2K: O2kSp3.exe says "The Expected Version was not found....

I have my copy of Office 2000 Professional. In trying to keep it up-to-date.
When trying to load "O2kSp3.exe" I got the following message: "The Expected
Version was not found in your system."

That seems rather strange to me. Given the name of the file too!?!

Make sure you've also installed Service Release 1 as mentioned in the
download article of Service Pack 3
