Hi,

How can i get Outlook (not Outlook express) selected when i right click a
file and choose "sent to email recipient"?

In Outlook:
Tools> Options> Other> Check to make Outlook the default email program.

Make sure Outlook is set as the default mail client in Control Panel->
Internet Options-> tab Programs
