I installed WinXP and Office 2003 at home and created two different users in
WinXP("dad" and "kids", both with full privileges for now).  As you know, by
default, each user has a separate data file in Outlook.  I'd like to know how
to use a single data file for messages so that when Outlook is checked by
either user that the messages go to a common place so that each user has the
same view.  (At this time, we don't want to create a second e-mail address to
keep each user's e-mail separate and then have to check two e-mail accounts
on each dial-up.)  Steps to make this change would be much appreciated.

Hi Tim,
maybe you try this.
Create two profiles

After that, went into the control panel, mail,  show profile and activate
the option " prompt for a profile to be used"
