After upgrading Outlook from 2000 to 2003, I am
encountering the following error:
"C:\winnt\system32\pwexchext32.dll could not be installed
or loaded".  Also, the current operating system is W2K.

I tried reinstalling, rebooting, running the "Detec and
Repair" and I am still getting the same message.

HELP!!!!!!!!!!

If you can get to it, go into Tools | Options | Other | Advanced Options and
click the two buttons for add-ins -- see if that .dll file is listed and if
so, remove it.
