Lost files when using Files and Settings Transfer Wizard on XP

When transfering my profile to a new PC, the default OUTLOOK.PST user file
was not transferred and therefore I lost everything that was in that file
-Inbox, Calendar and Contacts. Seems that the Wizard doesn't pick this file
up during the process.

That is correct. As you could see in the list by default the wizard doesn't
transfer Outlook settings, the folder where pst-files are stored or
pst-files
