I have duplicate outlook.pst files.
the email uses one,
and when i display contact or update contacts it uses the other.
I'm sure this happened when we had a tech install the new outlook 2003.

the two locations are:
C:\Documents and Settings\Admin\My Documents\outlook.pst
U:\Email\outlook.pst

I tried deleting the one one on U:, however the system recreated it.

Email is being sent to the "C" drive, so that is the one that i want to keep.
I would like to get rid of the references to U:

how do i do this?  I'm on Outlook Small Business 2003.

Hi Mavis,
please went into the control panel
MAIL | DATA FILES
There you can delete the unused personal folder file!
