It will not find the outgoing mail server, and I have added all the server
info correctly. I also have Norton Internet Security running too. Has
anyone experienced this problem? I intermittingly receive emails ok, but I
can not send them with Outlook.

Hi Scott,
be sure that all Ports are not closed via the NIS and be sure that OUTLOOK
have all permission!
