When I start Micrsoft Office Outlook 2003, I have to manually check for email
messages by clicking the Send/Receive button.  The program usually
automatically checks email on startup yet doesn't in this case.  It DOES
automatically check for email every 5 minutes AFTER statup but not on startup.
