I too am receiving this 0x800CCC0F 'The connection to the server was
interrupted' error message whenever I try to send/receive with my pop server.

I am presently on Rogers High Speed connection using Cable modem, how do I
solve this problem?

Andreas,

This would help me even if I use Windows XP Professional?

To solve this problem, please install the latest Microsoft Windows 2000
Service Pack

thank you, thank you, thank you. As you can tell it worked. I have spent 3
days looking all over Norton's site for just this. For me-turn it on and it
should work person, it was a joy to fix something that worked. thank you for
pointing me in the right direction.
