I have SBS 2003 on  a server, I did not install Exchange.   I installed
Office 2003 on a client.  When I run OL, it always looks for an Exchange
connection.  If I cancel looking for the Exchange connection, the program
exits.  I need to bring up OL, configure a POP3 user.  I can't configure it,
because it's exiting automatically.
Thanks,
Tony

You can configure the mail profile with the Mail applet in Control Panel
before starting Outlook.
