How do I reinstall microsoft outlook and will I lose all my information?

No, a reinstall only reinstalls the application and will not reset settings.
Why do you want/need to reinstall?

I am having difficulty with it and the computer keeps suggesting it.  Can
you a simple way for me to do it because I am not very sophisticated with the
computer.  Thanks.
