So I have made a slight boo boo.  I have just made an image that included a
Office 2003 pro instalation.  I loaded XP SP2 and the Office SP1.  I have
distributed the image and joined these machines to the domain, so going back
and redoing the image or unistalling and reinstalling is my last choice.

The Problem:
Links in HTML messages do not work. You can click on them, but IE doesn't
open and nothing happens.  http addresses in plain text messages open fine.
Any thoughts on how I can quickly fix this?
