Is there a way in a domain enviornment to set the PRF file to run once.
Maybe there's a GPO option I can use.  Or better yet, a script or line to add
to my current logon script.  I'd really like to incorporate it in my logon
script somehow.

I've read an article that made a few suggestions, but my PRF is not used
when installing Outlook/Office, it's used when I create new accounts in my
domain (AD) then have the user log on for the first time.  Any suggestions.

The preferred method would be to make it part of my logon script, set to run
once.
