Autoarchive appears missing from Outlook 2003

Though most of my workstations running Outlook 2003 have autoarchive
available to them, a couple do not. How to I enable them?

If AutoArchive is missing, it could be because the DisablePST registry entry
is present, disabling most .pst use. Check the registry with RegEdit.
