Under Tool Accounts all is OK. It tests ok and sends email.
When I open a New Message the Accounts tab does not contain my accounts and
therefore I an unable to compose a message and send it.
I would have thought that that my accounts should appear in both locations
automatically. Have I failed to setup something in my Outlook 2002

Accounts tab? New messages in Outlook don't have an Accounts tab. Please
provide more detail on where youi're seeing this.

Starting with Inbox opened in Outlook. Click File..New Mail Message. The
new mail message screen opens.
On this screen using the default menu taskbars, there are two lines shown.
The top line shown the standard entries, File,Edit, View, Insert etc.
The second line shown Accounts, Save icon, Print icon etc. Note that the
Send button is not displayed. It should be the first item on the second line
of the taskbar!
Accounts are there because you may wish to choose which account is to be
used to send the message.
On another pc running the same program Send is in the taskbar.
Somehow, even though my email accounts are properly setup, they are not
being recognized in the New Message display, and maybe this is why the Send
icon is not being displayed.
Any advice is welcome.
