How do I send email to hotmail or yahoo?  I get an error msg.

Just loaded Outlook 2003.  Wanted to send an email to a yahoo and a hotmail
account.  I received these error messages.  (See below.)  What configuration
do I need to change to send email to these common web email services?

ERROR MESSAGES

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

     '@yahoo.com' on 12/19/2004 1:19 PM
           None of your e-mail accounts could send to this recipient.

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

     '@hotmail.com' on 12/19/2004 1:22 PM
           None of your e-mail accounts could send to this recipient.
