I have been an Outlook 2003 user for six months and have built a contact list
of both personal and business.  Now that I installed Business contact
manager, it seems like I need to retype everything to convert my contacts
into the new profile.  Is there an easier way?

Hold the Ctrl key down as you drag and drop in the Business Contacts folder.
That will copy the contacts. You'll then need to open each to connect it
with its account.
