Hi!
I had difficulty to access outlook 97.  So, I deleted and reinstalled it
again.  Unfortunately, everything in outlook is gone now.  How do I get back
all the emails and contact lists I had?  Is there a way?

Your help would be appreciated greatly.

Your old pst file should still be there. Just use File, Open on the Outlook
menu. Folder View is best for this. It will appear at the end of the list of
folders.

Hi Mary!
Thank you for your response.  I think I followed your direction.  I opened
Outlook, and then I clicked on Open in the file menu.  This took me to a
message I just received.  [View was put on Folder View.]

Note that I see all the usual folders in my Personal Folder, such as inbox,
contacts, etc, when I open the Outlook.  But non of them has any data in
them.  Did I miss something from your message?
