Has anyone converted Netscape 7.2 local e-mail to Outlook 2003?

My firm recently converted from Netscape 4.7 e-mail to Outlook 2003. They
did not convert local mail folders for us when they upgraded to Windows XP,
but gave instructions for converting Netscape 4.7 local mail folders.
Unfortunately, since I was using Netscape 7.2, the instructions did not work,
and no ones seems to know if Netscape 7.2 local mail folders can be converted
to Outlook 2003. Does anyone out there know?

Install Netscape 4.7 and then try again.
