Managing Categories in Outlook

1. Categories are too static and their label cannot be changed dynamically.
I had a category for all the members of a given company. The company's name
was changed and I should be able to change the name in the Master Category
List and see the change reflected in my Outlook Contacts.
2. For an individual using Outlook on 2 computers (laptop when on the move
and desktop at home) with the same Outlook.pst file is not very easy but it
works if you keep track of your Outlook file. Categories however are not part
of the .pst file but are stored in the Registry! Why. Exporting and then
importing the Registry Key doesn't seem to work anymore. The same kind of
remark also applies to the Signatures and Stationary functions. Why not store
everything in the .pst file or another special file that could be moved or
copied (synchronized) when moving from one computer to the other ?

Thank you for cooperation.
Kind regards,
Peter
