where do i get an email account for Outlook?

i have never used Outlook 200 before and have no idea where to get an email
address that i can use with it?  Some one please help me!!!

Your ISP is the first (and often best) place to start. Otherwise, you need a
POP3 or IMAP account, unless you have an Exchange server account.
