Since I added a new hard drive and copied my files from the old drive to the
new drive every time I open an office program a “preparing to install windows
appears “. This takes forever until the program opens. The same problem works
on all of office programs installed on my computer( Word, Excel, outlook
2003).I installed office to run everything from my computer but it continues
to install each time I start it. I don’t know how to correct the problem.
Any help will be appreciated.

It could be that you are creating a tempory profile each time you sign on..

I sign on as computer administator and the same problem happens if I sign on
any other accounts on this computer.
