For some reason I can no longer connect to the internet from a hyperlink in a
email received in Outlook 2002.(Office XP Professional)  It say's that this
computer does not have the necessary permission and to contact the
administrator. I am the administrator and don't remember changing any
privileges for myself.  Any help??
