Office 2003 and Win XP SP2, need help with email profiles

Our salesmen got new laptops and they use Win xp Pro. The laptops are
connected to our network and have a seperate profile to log onto when they
are out of the office. I need outlook to use a single profile in both windows
mode/profile.

You mean two different Windows profiles? You'll need to create a separate
mail profile in each Windows profile. You can use a .prf file to make it
easy.
