I upgraded from Outlook 2000 to 2003 and re-created email account with
Exchange server (it's Exchange 2000, if it matters). I can receive email and
see other people's Calendar just fine. But when I try to send email, instead
of a 'send' button I have 'Account' pulldown - and it's empty. So I can not
send messages.

I tried removing and adding the email account a few times now - with no
luck...

Any ideas???
Thanks
Raya

You should have both a Send button and an Accounts button.  Have you asked
your Exchange administrator for help on this?

I have but it's taking a while to get their attention :-(
I have a feeling the source of both problems is the same - there should be a
send button and there should be my account listed in the accounts pulldown.
Do you know why whould Outlook recognize the account for receiving but not
for sending?
