Can I have the reply address of forwarded e-mails have one address and
others going to the address directly (not forwarded) have a different reply
address?

Say I have an outlook profile set up for jdoe@domain.com but I have e-mails
from my jdoe@other.com forwarded to the jdoe@domain.com account.  Can I set
it up so someone sending to my jdoe@domain.com get a reply address of
jdoe@domain.com and a reply address to e-mails sent to jdoe@other.com that
were forwarded to jdoe@domain.com get a reply address fo jdoe@other.com?

Thanks

Only if you set it manually on each message.
