running xp home, outlook 2000 was present on system, when i upgraded to
outlook 2002 bundled with ipaq pock pc.i then tried to update on ms office
update, only now realizing i should have done this prior to 2002 instal .
problem is i cant uninstall outlook to do fresh install as fault message
(WINDOWS INSTALLER PATCH(.MSP) FILES ARE MISSING) this message also keeps
appearing when using other office applications word etc. also office update
can not read my system to see what updates are required,it keeps refering to
the missing instal files. i would definatly appreciate some help on this one
as my only other option seems to be a windows reinstall.

Insert the Office CD and do a repair on Office. Then insert your Outlook CD
and do a repair on Outlook.
